Brazil Judge Transfers 2nd Chevron Oil Spill Lawsuit To Rio Court

A federal judge in Brazil transferred a second civil lawsuit against U.S. oil major Chevron Corp. (CVX) for the company's role in an offshore oil spill to a Rio de Janeiro court, according to court documents obtained Friday.
